Mini soufflé cakes is a Delightfuls take on a famous Russian recipe. The cake is based on agar agar and is available in many flavours mainly based on fruits and berries. But the main flavour is Vanilla. The fluffiest and lightest souffle is sitting on the top of the thinnest moist sponge and covered with varieties of chocolate. Mini souffle cakes come in various intricate designs connected with the tradition of English gardens.
