Our Bento cakes are pretty, minimalist, 5-by-14-cm cakes that weigh about 300-350 grams. Our Bento cakes consist of two layers of a thin moist sponge, lightest souffle and your choice of berry confit. Our favourite combination is a rich chocolate sponge and cherry confit. We can also include a layer of a wonderful fruit ganache which will bring smooth creamy texture to a wonderful lightness of vanilla souffle.
