DELIGHTFULS Zefir can come in exquisite shape of roses of colours defined by the underlying berry. This is a unique and stunning gift, as it comes in a luxury box and tastes amazing!
We use only fresh, local and sustainably grown fruits and berries for our Zefir – you will not find any artificial flavours or colouring here! The apple puree is made from organic Kentish apples, other ingredients may include nuts, natural vanilla extract, chocolate, alcohol or dried fruits. The final taste, texture, colour (and allergens) will depend on the flavour chosen.
For our gift boxes, we offer a choice of a small box (approximately 14 Zefirs) or a large box (approximately 27 Zephyrs) in a box, due to delicate process of creating these unique roses the exact number of Zefirs in the box may vary slightly. We will fill the box with a variety of vanilla and strawberry Rose Zefirs with an addition of small handcrafted chocolates as decorations.
The shelf life of our Zefir is 7 days.
We never use any food colouring or flavouring in our Zefir and it is gluten, dairy and fat free.
Fruit or berry puree, Clean filtered water, Egg whites, Sugar, Agar Agar
Eggs. May contain traces of nuts.
Please check the flavour content for allergens specific to each flavour.
Milk for chocolate decorations
Store in a cool environment, preferable in a tightly closed box.
Consume within 7 days from the production date.
Gluten, dairy and fat free.
We never use artificial colouring in our products.
Product colour depends on the colour of base fruit or berries.
Usually, it is much lighter than the colour of the original ingredient.
