Delightfuls Zefir Cookies are a unique combination of light vanilla Zefir, caramel filling, and delicious and crunchy biscuit. Our biscuits are thin and crusty, and made from sable dough. Right in the middle of this amazing delight, we add a luscious insert of handmade caramel or confit, which perfectly complements the soft Zefir and the crunchy biscuit.
We use only fresh, local and sustainably grown fruits and berries for our Zefir – you will not find any artificial flavours or colouring here! The apple puree is made from organic Kentish apples, other ingredients may include nuts, natural vanilla extract, chocolate, alcohol or dried fruits. The final taste, texture, colour (and allergens) will depend on the flavour chosen.
We offer a box of 6 Zefir Cookies, the shape of which you can choose below. The box will come with varied garden style decorations and with the additional of complement handcrafted ruby mini chocolates!
The shelf life of our Zephyr Cookies is 10 days in an airtight box in the fridge.

Product colour depends on the colour of base fruit or berries.
Usually, it is much lighter than the colour of the original ingredient.
